How do I buy from JoyaGoo?
Once you have found something you like, ordering takes about five minutes. Here is the whole process from link to doorstep:

Find a product
Start on the JoyaGoo spreadsheet. Search by keyword, filter by category, or paste a photo to find a visual match among 10,000+ verified items. Each entry shows the seller, the price and real QC photos from earlier buyers, so you can judge quality first. When something catches your eye, copy its product link — that's all you need for the next step.

Paste it into JoyaGoo
Open JoyaGoo and paste the link into the search bar; the original listing loads with its options laid out. Pick your size, colour and batch, set the quantity and add it to your cart. If a product cannot be searched — a Yupoo album or a WeChat seller — use a DIY Order instead and an agent buys it for you.

Pay for your order
Check out with a card, an e-wallet or your JoyaGoo balance, and apply your welcome coupons. At this stage you are paying the product price plus domestic Chinese shipping only — international freight comes later. Prefer not to commit to freight yet? The Rehearsal option lets you pay a small fee now and settle shipping once it's packed.

JoyaGoo buys & stores it
JoyaGoo purchases the item from the seller and receives it at the warehouse, usually within a few days. It then sits in your personal space free for up to 90 days, so there is no rush to ship. Keep ordering and let your hauls gather until the box is worth sending.

Check the QC photos
When an item arrives, JoyaGoo uploads HD QC photos taken from several angles — close-ups of tags, stitching, soles and hardware. Review them carefully and approve the item. If it isn't right, request a return or exchange within five days, while it is still in China and before you have paid for shipping.

Consolidate, insure & ship
When your items are approved, combine them into one parcel — consolidation is where the real savings are. Add insurance against loss and customs seizure, use the calculator to compare shipping lines for your country across 200+ destinations, pay the freight, and track your parcel to the door.
